Personal Training Plans
How it works:
Once you’ve signed up, we send you a questionnaire to complete and then we have your initial one-to-one consultation, which allows us to gain a thorough understanding of your athletic goals, evaluate your current level of fitness and discuss any issues that may affect your training. From this information we develop your personal training programme.
* We send you a weekly training schedule which includes your daily workouts, training heart rate zones, effort levels and additional coach’s comment
* You’ll also receive a personal year planner detailing training phases, target races and your main goals
* You feedback your weekly training report with any questions and comments and we make any necessary adjustments to your programme
* At an agreed time, we hold our weekly telephone review, which allows us to further develop your programme as you reach your targets
* Communication is an integral element to the success of our personal coaching programme and you have full telephone and email access to feedback all your comments and also support for any injury or illness crisis
* We hold a review of development and goals every three months and at least once every six months we’ll have the chance to meet up for a complete assessment and live training session together
* We work closely together to develop your race strategies and tactics to ensure you are mentally prepared to achieve your goals. We’ll also send you additional motivational and training material throughout the programme, together with information and guidance on nutrition, hydration, specific stretching and body conditioning, strength training and injury prevention
