ARCH 2 ARC Apr 11th to Apr 25th 2010 Paris Marathon to London Marathon and 320 miles between the two! In aid of Cancer Research and in particular to help prevent Stomach Cancer.
As the name denotes, the Challenge involves running from Paris to London. Starting with Paris Marathon on April 11th. Ian will then run through France on small, picturesque, and quiet country roads with overnight stops being made in tiny French villages. Ian plans to cross the channel on a treadmill on a ferry, therefore making the whole journey by foot. If running through France to the foot of the Arc de Triomphe is not enough, Ian will finally finish his 320 mile journey by running London Marathon on April 25th. The adventure entails an average of more than a marathon per day. Ian welcomes help, support and encouragement throughout the journey. Fancy running 1 mile or maybe 26? do so!!!
